Since we started, we have helped over 70 charities and not-for-profits
achieve outstanding fundraising results. It’s incredible to look back and
realise that the agency has raised millions of pounds to help bring about real change in the world.
We couldn’t have achieved all this without our team: people who strive to put the donor at the heart of our clients’ work, and whose intelligent learning drives us forward.
Here’s what a results-focused, honest agency looks like.
Launching a brand into a new market… Creating MSF’s most successful recruitment DM ever with peer-to-peer marketing of the charity in Ireland.
Responding to an unfolding humanitarian disaster… Within 24 hours of the 2008 bombing of Gaza we’d pulled off an amazing team effort to ensure that Medical Aid for Palestinians had the first charity ads in the national press.
Working to win new clients… When you know the agency is good at what it does, you can be proud and confident representing that at a pitch. Our successful pitch to
Blue Cross proved that confidence is infectious.
Getting to the heart of the proposition … It’s all about asking for funding in a way that gets straight to the hearts of the audience. In the case of the Blue Cross Christmas reminder pack, we told Noel the puppy’s story with just the right mix of factual points and emotional cues … and then we wrapped it up in a timely and warm creative treatment. As a result, donors rushed to help Noel and his friends find a home for Christmas: yet again, donors dug deep and smashed our expected targets.
Unleashing the power of donorbases… Developing and updating TW CAT’s segmentation strategy and pioneering lifetime value and KPI analysis models.
Campaigning for change… Seeing a good idea for Help the Aged, through projections on the side of Big Ben, all the way to a change in the law.
As an ethical agency that believes in the responsible allocation of its clients’ budgets, TW CAT seeks consistently to uphold these principles:
These values are instilled in all areas of our business and guide our working practices.
