TW CAT aims to help not-for-profit organisations to maximise their income from direct marketing.
It aims to develop mutually beneficial long-term relationships with third sector organisations through the provision of exceptional campaign results, efficient and professional service, the development of clear, comprehensive strategies and by establishing close, trusting relationships with its charity partners.

The TW CAT website is designed to meet conformance level Double-A of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 so as many people as possible can access it. Some individual pages meet Triple-A standard.
All pages are written in transitional XHTML 1.0, with the formatting and layout specified through CSS.
The pages on this site use structured semantic markup. H1 tags are used for main titles, with H2 and H3 tags used for different levels of subtitles.
Several browsers were used to test the website, including Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2.0.0.17, and Safari 3.1.2.
